About Diana Saranoff

Meet Diana!

For over 20 years, Diana Saranoff has been an organizational effectiveness consultant, serving Fortune 100 companies, to help her clients manage systemic change. Through this process, she has assisted multiple organizations in influencing & motivating teams to learn how to adapt to a continuously changing competitive market as well as technological pressures.

Integrating her educational & professional background in Biology and Psychology, Diana utilizes an organic and scientific approach to help organizations understand how to embody servant leadership, organizational change, and change capacity.

Through the years, Diana learned how to incorporate biological system theory into practical business applications for fostering organizational effectiveness & individual growth. She views enterprises as living organisms that respond to outside stimuli within certain boundaries and constraints. The website photos, all taken by Diana, represent the “structural integrity” required for different types of ecosystems, to respond to environmental factors such as natural disasters or invasive species.

Now, Diana expands her consulting practice by offering coaching services to improve organizational performance through leadership development and team synergy.

Long Bio

Diana began her education in the field of biology at the University of Florida. She then left university to be trained as a technical sales consultant through a variety of scientific manufacturing companies.

Diana integrated this consulting experience with her scientific education and founded a successful chromatographic supply company, which performed a variety of laboratory services related to agriculture, pharmacy, bio-technology, clinical laboratories, and hospitals. As an entrepreneur, managing a growing work force, she learned about servant leadership and empowering her staff to assist in the success of building her small enterprise. Diana’s role in her organization allowed her to work with clients requiring cutting edge scientific solutions to deliver innovative and safe products. She eventually sold this start-up to a European partner.

Following the sale of her buisness, Diana returned to school to earn a Bachelors in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Master’s in Organizational-Development Psychology from Columbia University. Hired at both Price Waterhouse & IBM as a senior consultant, Diana has worked with with Fortune 100 companies in many different sectors, performing large-scale change initiatives.

Then, a boutique consulting firm (answerthink consulting group) hired Diana. In collaboration with her director, they developed an organizational change & development practice to educate their leadership in expanding their service offerings using an integrative systemic approach. The practice eventually was comprised of 5 other consultants, where Diana continued to lead large-scale organizational change interventions for clients looking for advanced technological solutions.

Diana started her own consulting firm in 2001, to lead & manage large scale change programs. She has successfully implemented 3 large-scale multinational change initiatives, as well as over 40 strategic and technical change initiatives. Each of these endeavors resulted in measurable increases in organizational performance, effectiveness, and profit. Diana’s unique experience & education allows her to utilize evidence-based methodologies to help leaders understand how to manage change when responding to ever-shifting market conditions, customer demands, and competitive markets.

In 2008, Diana completed a certified coaching program at Fielding Institute, which expanded her consulting practice to include transformational coaching. Transformational coaching explores what behaviors, insights, & actions are necessary for leaders’ personal and professional success. Diana is committed to and passionate about life-long learning. She believes we all have the capacity to evolve by uniquely exploring our own insights and motivations to successfully achieve personal-professional satisfaction. Her style is direct, passionate, and honest. Her evidence-based coaching process educates leaders on how to exploit their natural capabilities to cultivate exceptional organizations.
